Our history
In 2017, we opened Marguery Villas, the first MJ Holidays resort. This project was born out of a conviction: the Mauritian market needed an unprecedented offer, that of the Vacation rentals in Mauritius associated with real hotel services.
We were thus the pioneers of a new concept in Mauritius. Today, our resorts live all year round: some owners live there full-time, creating a real neighborhood life, while others invest in them and offer their villas for rent. These are the houses, managed by our teams, that we open to travelers from all over the world.

MJ Holidays is a brand of the group MJ Development, an independent real estate player based in the Basque Country (France) and present internationally.
Since 2007, MJ Development designs, builds and markets high-end residences and villas, combining elegant architecture, sustainable quality and respect for the environment.
